Telecom for Vets, Inc.

Empowering Veterans.
Building Careers.

Your experience has a place here.

We help veterans carry their experience into civilian careers in telecom and IT sales, with practical training, mentorship, and people who can help them take the next step.

Our mission

Connection through connectivity

Veterans bring leadership, determination, and experience to their next chapter. We help them put those strengths to work in telecom and technology through practical training, personal mentorship, and industry connections.

Our mission is to help veterans build meaningful careers and a community they can count on.

Our Mission

What we do

Training, mentorship, and industry connections.

We help veterans prepare for careers in telecom and IT sales through training, mentorship, and industry connections. The Rapport Coach is a six-week coaching program founded by retired U.S. Army Green Beret Scott Mann. Its approach helps people prepare for important conversations, build trust, and use their stories to connect.

Training

Build trust. Find your voice. Take the next step. Our Seller’s Journey uses The Rapport Coach’s relationship-building approach alongside guided practice. Veterans prepare for important conversations and turn their stories into meaningful connections with future colleagues and customers.

Personal mentorship

A personal Story Guide gives each veteran someone in their corner. Together, they work on telling their story, recognizing the strengths they bring, and finding direction for the next chapter of their career.
