Telecom for Vets began with a connection. At a Rooftop Leadership conference led by retired Green Beret Scott Mann, Rickie Richey saw how storytelling and human connection could help veterans find purpose after service.
The idea takes shape
Industry experience in service of veterans.
As the leader of Altaworx and AMOP, Rickie saw a way to put his industry experience to work: bring training, mentorship, and opportunity together for veterans preparing for civilian careers.
That idea became Telecom for Vets. Today, our mission is connection through connectivity: helping veterans find their voice, build relationships, and explore a future in telecom and technology with people who are invested in their next chapter.
