The Rapport Coach is a six-week coaching program founded by retired Green Beret Scott Mann. It helps people prepare for important conversations, build trust, and use their stories to connect with others.
At Telecom for Vets, we use that approach in our Seller’s Journey, alongside personal mentorship from a Story Guide. Our goal is to help veterans bring the experience they already have into a new professional setting.
We’re building the next step with Altaworx and AMOP: opportunities to apply those skills, learn how telecom businesses serve their customers, and explore a future in the industry.
